Editorial Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This policy explains how the reference content on Vinqi is created, checked, and updated. It applies to the English pages under vinqi.com/en.
The short version: our role guides and ATS keyword lists come from a structured dataset written and reviewed by the operator. AI helps draft and phrase the pages. Every page is checked against a quality list before it goes live, and we avoid presenting any statistic as fact.
How our content is produced
- A curated structured dataset. Our role guides, ATS keyword lists, and similar reference pages are built from a structured dataset that is written and reviewed by the operator. Each role is described with its own tools, deliverables, and responsibilities rather than from a single generic template.
- AI assistance for drafting and composition. AI tools help draft and compose pages from that reviewed dataset. AI is used to assemble and phrase content, not to invent facts. We disclose this because it affects how you should read the pages.
- A quality checklist before publishing. No page is published until it passes the checks below.
Our pre-publication quality checklist
- Specificity. Content must name the actual tools, deliverables, and responsibilities of the role. Generic filler that could describe any job is removed.
- No fabricated statistics. We do not present surveys, percentages, or salary figures as fact. Where a number depends on the reader, we use a placeholder such as
[X]%,[N], or[$X]so that you substitute your real figure. - Factual claims avoided. We avoid unverifiable claims about employers, hiring processes, or outcomes. If a claim cannot be supported, it is cut rather than softened.
- No guarantees. We never promise interviews, job offers, or salary results.
- Clear language and consistent spelling. US/UK English, plain wording, and concrete examples instead of vague advice.
- A full read-through. Pages are read end to end before publishing to catch output that is wrong, repetitive, duplicated from another page, or off-topic.
Review and update cadence
We aim to review our core reference pages at least every six to twelve months, and to update a page sooner when the underlying material changes — for example when common ATS practices, hiring tools, or platform policies shift, or when a reader reports a problem. Our policy pages show a “Last updated” date so you can see when they were last reviewed.
Independence and advertising
Vinqi is supported by advertising and paid services. Advertisers do not review, approve, or influence our editorial content, and advertising is kept separate from it. The paid career document package is generated by AI and is not an editorial endorsement of any employer, product, or service.
AI disclaimer
AI-assisted content can still contain errors. Always verify important facts, and treat every page as a starting point rather than a final authority. See the Disclaimer for the limits that apply.
How to report an error
If you spot a mistake, email contact@vinqi.com with the URL of the page, the exact text you believe is wrong, and — if you can — what you believe is correct and a source. We review reports and correct genuine errors. Where a correction changes the meaning of a page, we update its “Last updated” date.
